Description: An elementary school's main purpose is to offer children enriching academic programs. While Teachers lead classroom instruction, there are several responsibilities that must be managed outside of the classroom. Elementary School Administrators are responsible for tending to a school's academic responsibilities, operational duties, community outreach and other auxiliary activities that keep a school running successfully. Administrators have at least a Bachelor's degree. However, depending on the position, they may also be required to have a Master's degree as well.
