Description: Hospitality Managers are found in a variety of fields. However, you'll primarily find these roles in the food service and lodging industries. They are responsible for the daily operation of a business, ensuring that costumers have a pleasant experience. These Managers will direct support staff on dealing with costumer issues so that guests leave satisfied and the business stays profitable. While some Hospitality Managers may only have a high school degree, it is generally preferred that these individuals have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field.
