These Social Workers help their clients find solutions and cope with issues in their day-to-day lives. All Social Workers must have at least a Bachelor's degree. However, those specializing in clinical work must have a Master's degree and supervised experience in a clinical setting. Depending on the state, they may also be required to obtain a license.
