Description: A Security Guard's primary responsibility is to protect the people and property on an employer's premises. Many Security Guards, especially those who are employed full-time in the law enforcement sector, work part-time to supplement their primary income. A college degree is not usually required for this position, but prior experience in law enforcement or criminal justice is desirable.
